Friendly agents but horrible service

i need a proof of purchase from telkom and i have been phoning them the whole day the call center numbers 10213 refer me 10210 and then they refer me back to 10213. I eventually get hold of the right department and was given an email address in which i should email them to ask for my proof of purchase and the email doesn't go through because the email address does not work. I am probably going to lose out on the promotion I'm supposed to get as advertised on the telkom site, because i don't have the necessary documents to redeem the promotion device and i can't insure my phone without the proof of purchase apparently. I have been trying to get this proof of purchase for 3 days now
