freeme uncapped, but says insufficient balance
I have the R999 freeme account. I am supposed to have unlimited phone calls to any landline or mobile in South Africa, yet when I dial 021 numbers it tells me my balance is insufficient.
I have been trying to get this resolved with Telkom (I call them Helkom) for more than 9 months now... I have made numerous trips to different Helkom stores.
Most of the time they do not want to help or check.... Very sad that I ever signed up. I will never use them again.

So I was informed by Siphelele that I cannot dial prime numbers on my freeme.
I pay R999 every month for a supposedly 'unlimited' service that is absolutely useless.
My new passion is to go to all Telkom stores. I stand at the entrance and explain to new and existing customers about the problems I've had. I make some calls and show them that it says insufficient funds. I also show them my HELKOM contract that says I should be able to make unlimited calls. I am happy to report that new and existing HELKOM customers are shocked, and all agree that they will never use HELKOM again.
My next phase will be to upload videos and voice clips sharing all the evidence on usb sticks so I can hand it out to people wherever I go. Plus, they score a free usb so its going to work well.
