FREEME PACKAGE NOT FREE ON WHATSAPP

The FreeMe package on contract, which is what I'm on, has not been using the 2GB dedicated WhatsApp data this goes without saying it means it's been deducting off my normal data. The 2GB is the allocated data at the beginning of each month for WhatsApp, it was confirmed by an agent on 081180 at 10:00am - 10:12am the balance has not changed on my allocated WhatsApp data. My once off all networks data was used up at 8:18am and since my WhatsApp has not been online - ("Waiting for network" - WhatsApp status) this all on the 31st August 2017. The agent further supp**** me with a summarised data usage report and could not assist with a detailed report indicating which Apps used which data allocation very much the same way my phone indicates data usage. He further advised he and the rest of his colleagues could not get a more detailed report advising he's not aware of who can help with this type of report. I need the access to such a report to identify which data is used by which application considering the FreeMe package has a separate data allocation for social media.

I call nonsense, simply put Telkom is hiding behind this as they're not willing to give a conclusive answer, either because they messed up on the technical side or they simply do not know what the cause of the above issue was. If you're (Telkom) able to separate usage/balances on the Telkom App, allocate and specify data as per categories, social media(free WhatsApp, Viber - 2GB) and included all networks (1GB) then you can at least tell which App is using which data. Note all of a sudden this month, September 2017, when the "included all networks" data ran out my WhatsApp still operated, my query still stands for the month of August 2017.
