FreeMe offers NO FREEDOM

<p>I have been taken from pillar to post over the past month applying for a Huawei Mate 8 (Gold) on FreeMe 5 Gig. I thought last week would symbolise the final hurdle but alas, even after debiting my account last week, and promising that I would get my device within three days of debiting, I have no phone and no confirmed delivery date, over and above being told that the original color I ordered is not available. </p> <p> </p> <p>Where is the freedom there? This is inefficiency and terrible customer service.</p>
