FreeMe, more like SteelFromMe

When using a freeme bundle, they regularly refuse to recharge your bundles when using the used key requests, but consume the money.

You put in the bundle, you get a SMS stating you have received 2gb, you log onto your web browser and it redirects you to the Telkom page telling you you don't have bundle internet.

When phoning to query why, they say the network has to be Telkom, my phone settings only allow connection to the registered network and no other network.

Refuse to cancel or refund bundle. When requesting a reference provide what is a suspicious reference. Eg AzhbaniNzou_9:3213July2023 Might be true but I suspect not, (if it is a Telekom's franchise they are meant to give an official reference when requested)
