FreeMe Disaster

I have been a Telkom client for so long and I am shocked at their level of communication. I use my cell for work and on a monthly basis I purchase about 400 - 500 Rands worth of airtime. I normally buy the free me bundles because they are convenient for what I do. Now all of a sudden I can't get a All network minutes and I have already bought this bundle now I must spend another 500 just to get minutes. Come on guys, and to think I'm also an ambassador for your products to friends and family.
