FreeMe Boost Ripp Off

I've been making use of the FreeMe Boost bundles since its inception. For the past 2 weeks I've noticed that my "All Networks Data" has been depleting quite rapidly, although I only use Facebook Lite and Opera to browse the net and the odd download. I've also noticed since last week that my "Social Media Data" has remained constant at 1179MB, although I use Whatsapp to chat, send/receive videos, photos, files and also to make/receive calls.

I have drawn the conclusion that my Whatsapp usage is being billed/deducted from my "All Networks Data" as my "Social Media Data" balance remains the same, irrespective of usage. This is totally wrong!!

I ran out of "All Networks Data" on Saturday and noticed my Whatsapp has stopped working, although I have 1179MB "Social Media Data". I've been forced to purchase daily data bundles in order to stay connected on Whatsapp, although I have more that a gigabyte of data reserved for Whatsapp!

So now I'm paying extra for a service already fully paid for! Is Telkom now in the business of taking consumers money and not delivering a service?? If that is the case then we as the consumers have a matter for the CPA and, or ICASA.

I logged a case with the call center on Saturday and was told I will only have a response in 72hrs. In the mean time I am forced to purchase more data, although I have a balance of 1179MB for Whatsapp! I want this issue resolved with immediate effect and I expect to be reimbursed for having to purchase extra data. After all I am losing as I've paid for something I'm not receiving and there is a time limit/cap on the FreeMe Boost Bundles.
