FreeMe Boost Bundle going off

I am not happy with the turnaround time of this network and service they give out there.

I have been having this issue for 2 if not 3 months now, and the issue is, in July 2017 there was an SMS that came thru and stated that 59 Rand has been deducted and I have bought a freeMe boost which I did not, I called and they were looking at the issue and they promised the turn around time will be 72 hours and they never came back. 1st of August the same issue occurred and I called immediately after the exact same SMS about the deduction that I don't know anything about, and they promised again to give me the feedback once resolved and refund me my 59 Rand and guess what they never called for feedback. Today I got the same SMS about the deduction I called they told me I should wait they are investigation the matter is still pending I mean it's been morethan a month the issue is still pending nothing has been done. I asked the Agent when will this be resolved she told me that when they have attended the matter as the Network engineers have not responded.... I mean whats taking this long and what must happen for this to stop I can't be getting deductions out of nowhere especially without me actioning those purchases. The crazy part is that there are no phone lines on that department to be transferred on to someone, isn't that stupid. No I cant take this anymore it's so stupid nxa.
