FreeMe 800mb Topup Deals for R99

I had 24 months cell phone contract with Telkom and it had expired on the 03 November 2023. Prior to the expiring date I made a call to indicate to them that after expiry period I do not want to upgrade or take another contract. I was then given 800mb data for R99 and 120 free minutes wish I did not request. Telkom then made a deduction on my account in December of 2023. I reversed the debit since I had never agreed to this, and I would not want to create impression that i want to continue with this contract. this continued until May of 2023. I had handed over my account to their Attorneys and had listed my Account on the credit bureau for Non payment for something I did not request. I am requesting a proof from their side where I have agreed to this contract.
