FreeMe 2Gigs of ****

I dont understand how Telkom can be so unwilling to help. I have a FreeMe 2Gig Contract with telkom, I received an sms from telkom stating all the services that are included, among them is "free data for music streaming", this I am not receiving.I've been to therir shop now twice, I have logged a case with them (case number ***9), with a sms to say the issue has been resolved, but then nothing changed on my end. why is it so hard go get the services I am paying for.
