FreeMe 20GB Plan Concerns

I am experiencing 3 issues 20GB FreeMe plan.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***Issue 1*** - Free Me Social Media Sites
Included in the 20GB Free Me plan is 3GB of Social Media. I have been told on multiple occasions that this is limited to the following 3 services:
1. Whatsapp
2. Viber
3. BBM

I only make use of Whatsapp and from my DATA usage experience, I assure you that my month-to-date usage of Whatsapp has not amounted to 3GB.

I am lead to believe that another 2 services namely (Facebook and Instagram) are also making use of this DATA.

My reason for stating this is due to my Facebook and Instagram browsing being severely degraded after the 3GB social media bundle was depleted. I suspect it is also throttled to 64kbps.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***Issue 2*** - Usage of available unshaped DATA
Now that I have been experiencing Issue 1, my next point will be that the 64kbps option should be the last resort and should only take effect after all other full speed benefits have been used up.

On my account, there are multiple other full-speed benefits I currently have, however, instead of using these Telkom chooses to throttle my browsing.

I prefer to use any available full speed DATA before any throttling happens.

Attached is my full speed balances that Telkom would not let me use.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***Issue 3*** - Viewing available voice minutes (Case # ********** 6)
FreeMe 20GB was advertised with the following:

3000 minutes (Telkom to Telkom)
1500 minutes (Telkom to Other Networks)
I am not able to monitor and keep track of my usage because I do not see these balances under my available benefits. (Website, App and USSD-return SMS)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please assist with the three issues indicated above.
I understand that FreeMe is a new product that Telkom is offering and ironing out the issues will ensure it remains the best offering in SA.

Regards,

Yogan
