Free Telkom Wifi

I am currently have Freeme package with Telkom, I have being to the Lephalale Telkom shop on several occasions enquiring about the free wifi. Everytime I get an differnt excuse saying that telkom doesn't provide free wifi or the Technician hasn't installed wifi. There isn't customer care service to contact.
