Free Telephone

I have recently moved my fixed line and qualify for a free phone but no stores have any in stock (they also do not answer their telephones . I called 5 different branches) Centurion mall had a solution , the guy advised me to drive there everyday from Sandton to see if they have stock since they do not offer the service to call me back if they have stock, I just spoke to the call enter apparently I cant log a complaint via them and they advised me to log a complaint on hellopeter since I am not sure if this complaint link works(Telkom website). So I would like to know would it be possible for you to deliver my phone or at least let the branch call me when they do have stock.
