Free Me (new version) sucks

Let me not complain much and only say the following to TELKOM. Your new FreeME deals are not better. Its more expensive, Offers less value money for steaming. Secondly why add on airtime? I will buy airtime if I need it. Everyone knows that TELKOM service isn't great and their coverage cant compare to MTN. Now you guys want to price yourselves out of the market as well. All of the best. I already identified other better options and will cancel at a later stage once my contracts matured. Its just a pity I renewed my one contract a week ago with you guys. My loyalty towards a mobile operator goes as far as who offer me the best coverage and value for money. Telkom coverage is not great and value for money at TELKOM is busy fading away with ICASA forcing the competition to drop their prices. TELKOM you guys are moving in the wrong direction. Their is very little value for money in your product range for the poorest of the poor.

My request is the following. Keep your old Free Me deals and let people decide whats really the best. Don't market your new product and say that you listened and now offer better value. That's hypocrisy since and person who will analyze your old versus new Free Me deals will see through your marketing as lies. I compared your products this morning to last months brochure and the difference shocked me.
