Free me bundle only lasting me 2 days

Just filled a 1gb free me bundle a few days ago.. And today it's gone. Was promised free WhatsApp but I only get 500mb which is nothing and the 1gb doesn't last more than 2 days, and that's with me hardly using my phone. Thanks Telkom, for being absolutely useless, data costs maybe the cheaper than other networks but other networks last longer than 2 days. I will only remove this post when Telkom replies to me and I get a reimbur*****t. ?
