"FREE INSTALLATION AT A COST OF R3400"

Good day, Telkom Advertised a Fibre package which includes free router and free installation. Once the line was installed and connected I received a R3400 bill for connection. I always commend good service and not only give feedback for poor service But the Telkom Branch at The Glen Shopping mall has nobody that can assist, nobody answers the phone ,the customer service line for some reason keeps giving voice prompts but no answer. I just need somebody to assist with this incorrect billing. I just wonder how many other people are fooled by the "FREE INSTALLATION-FREE ROUTER" not knowing its "FREE INSTALLATION AT A COST OF R3400".......I have numerous contracts for different products with Telkom but now doubt their level of honesty.
