Free Handset and upgrade of line to 10Gigs

I had my ADSL line transferred to my new home in Kempton Park on 03 January 2015 and was requested to go to the Festival Mall Direct Store to pick up my Free Hand set and to upgrade my line from 4 Gigs to 10 Gigs (Existing line was 10 Gigs).<br> <br> I have been to the Festival Mall on 4 occassions since the 03 January 2015 and was told on every occassion that they are out of stock. I was promised that I will be called when the Hand-sets arrive for collection.<br> <br> Todate (08 February 2015), i have had no joy with my free Hand-set nor the upgrade to 10 Gigs data line. <br> <br> Fustrated!
