Free cordless phone

<p>Before moving to my new house, I app**** online to have our telkom line moved to the new location. This was successfully done. However, I noticed at the bottom of my Telkom account that I am now entitled to a cordless phone. I went to our Knysna Telkom branch who advised me that they had no stock and that new stock normally arrives every Wednesday. I went the following Thursday and was told by someone else that no stock had arrived. In fact they had not received stock for a long time!! I then contact someone on your new products line who said they would get someone to get back to me regarding this. It is now a week later and no calls from anyone. This is appalling service!!</p>
