FREE CORDLESS PHONE
Upon our request for line relocation, we were told that we qualify for a free cordless phone. After the relocation was completed we went to a Telkom store (Cape Gate Mall) to collect the phone. The friendly gentleman assisted us and filled the necessary forms etc. On my latest invoice I noticed that we were in fact charged R258 for the so called free phone.
