FREE CORDLESS PHONE

I have been trying to find out for the past month how/where to get the FREE CORDLESS PHONE offered by Telkom as a housewarming gift for moving my landline. There is never any response from an Agent on the online CHAT LINE, they never call back on the send your number. I have spoken to 10210 who said I have to speak to Sales. There is no option on the Sales menus to address this query and it does not have the option to hold for an operator.
