Free cordless phone

I have been trying to find out for the past 3 weeks how/where to get the FREE CORDLESS PHONE offered by Telkom when I move my landline/adsl. Telkom installed my lines today and I was very happy with the service, but there is never any response from an Agent on the online call centre/either no answer or they say sales will help. I tried 2&half hours just to get someone to assist with passwords, etc. I have spoken to 10210 who said I have to speak to Sales or phone any Telkom store. I phoned all the stores in PE, no reply or answering machines. . There is no option on the Sales menus to address this query and it does not have the option to hold for an operator. We moved 32 km out of PE and want this sorted a.s.a.p. Don't make promises you cannot keep.
