Free airtime rip-off

<p>Telkom More promises you the equivalent of your airtime purchase of R5.00 or more, free, for a period of 7 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>What they say and what they do, are completely the opposite. I have detailed, below, what they have advertized.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased R610.00 of airtime. I was allocated R610.00 of free airtime. I purchased a Freeme Boost bundle immediately afterwards, as the free airtime does not allow me the use of data as Telkom have advertized.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon making calls, Telkom depleted my purchased bundles. They locked the free R610.00 airtime preventing me from using it, and the R610.00 was eventually forfeited after 7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom only responded to my query after my free airtime was forfeited. Accumulated free minutes that have not been allocated will unfortunately fall away when you migrate to Telkom More.</p>
