Free airtime a joke

I recharge with R700 and received R700 free airtime and I was able to use it for calls. However when I purchased free bundles which included 500 minutes to all networks, all of the sudden my free airtime is locked and only my minutes are being used. I feel like this is a *******, this free airtime will expire soon and it should be the one used first before my minutes.

Telkom should do something about this or they'll lose a lot of customers.
