Frausters. They ***** your money

Telkom has been *****ing money from me for the past minimum 2 years. From their sales consultants to the billing. They bill what they did not sell.

Firstly, I took out a phone. The sales agent in Waterfront refused to tell us the terms of the contracts. They started adding social and all bundles you can thing of to the value of R220 and even got to adding airtime transfer donation and once off internet bundles to the value of R1150. I have never even called to add any of this. They just take. When I went to request the contract of the phone. They made all excuses about not being able to access it.

Secondly, I added a fibre line 25Mbps at R450. To my surprise I have now signed up for a 40Mbps for R550 according to my bill.

Thirdly, I had an upgrade and specifically got the sales agent to confirm that there won't be any added costs which they confirmed. To my surprise, the bill description changed plans but the very same amounts are being taken.

What bull****!!! I have never been so gatvoel of telkom. They are the worst cellphone network and I urge everyone to check their bills every month. You never know what you will end up paying for.
