I was due for a. Contract upgrade n. Got an. Sms. M. Decided to visit the pop stall at protea Glen mall. Was. Assisted by. A guy called Hloni n. I. Made. It clear I. Need. An. Upgrade renewal. Guy **********ly made me sign a new contract. I signed so many papers he didn't even want me to read he just said its protocol. There was even sim activation fee I should have picked up right there that it's anew contract. I wasn't even shown the device I was getting. Phone was small when it arrived. He **** about changing the option before the box was opened n activation was done. Only found out in Friday that he actually ******* me into taking a new contract instead of a renewal
