**********ly Debiting

in August i asked the call center agent to change my debit order date to the last day of the month she advised that it was done. then in September they debited my account on the 25th of course it got rejected as i only get paid on the 27th i then had to pay a penalty fee of R200 for their mistake.

now they debited my account on the 25th of October and of course it got rejected as they cant do simple tasks then i call them and ask them to take the money again they confirm they have processed it.

on the 14th of November they suspended my account so i call them and ask them whats going on they say payment was not made now im furious so i ask the guy for the banking details and i do a manual payment of R 799. now on the 16th of November they debit my account for R 1500 for no reason WHICH IS *****!!! and when i phone the call center they advise me that they dont know and cant tell me.

so i tell them to cancel the debit order and i'll do the transfer myself i then get told they did that but i must make payment 10 days before my debit order date which is ridiculous how do you expect me to do that or else i must pay penalty fees yet i ask for a date which they dont adhere too????

Telkom service is pathetic and i want to cancel my account with them as they are useless and a poor service provider
