********** Telkom NGN account showing on my credit profile

I checked my credit report again for the second time in 2 years, only to find that I have an account adversely listed on my profile for TELKOM NGN in the amount of R1 520.00. According to my credit report, this account was opened on 26 August 2017. I have never opened an account with Telkom. I have proof that not once has an amount from Telkom been deducted from my account during that period. Please arrange to remove this listing from ALL the credit bureaus. It's not right to list an adverse account with the bureaus when an account was never opened.
