Please can you urgently ASSIST ME..... I HAVE BEEN BLACK LISTED FOR A PHONE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED WITH TELKOM AND I CANT APPLY FOR A BOND!!! My name is Pertunia Tsotetsi, in September I received a call from nudebt collectors, a lady called Sindiswa Mayisela advising me of an outstanding Telkom account of R8389.24 that I owe Telkom. I advised that I have NEVER had an account with Telkom, EVER.

I then followed up with Telkom to my shock, they confirmed I had apparently a Samsung S8 on contract in June 2017, they couldn't confirm the store.

I am rather livid as i have never owned anything from Telkom before, they cannot send me proof of application documents which i have signed, including my ID with my support documents used to approve this. I need this cleared as I am in a process of purchasing a house and just found out that I am BLACK LISTED

I HAVE SENT ALL DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FROM NU DEBT TO CLEAR THIS ISSUE HOWEVER ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED.... I WANT THIS SORTED AND MY NAME CLEARED TODAY!!!!!
