********** Telkom mobile accounts opened on my name and I have to proof the *****

This is ridiculous that a mobile account is opened in East London, where I have not been before, in my name and I have to go through the pain of proving that the transaction is **********. What is even more crazy is that they immediately list your name on ITC as a bad payer without checking with me what the issues are. I have previously made decision to NEVER do business with Telkom in my personal capacity because of bad service and the acceptance of ********** transactions. How do they actually do credit checks and FICA? Fellow potential customers, STAY AWAY from this ******* organization!
