********** Telkom Mobile Account

<p>On the 30th of June 2016 a debit order was collected from my bank account for the amount of R 3,229.45 with the reference: “TELKOMMOBI ********** ********** 974290”. I managed to reverse the payment, as I had not signed any contracts or debit order authorisations with Telkom. I do not have, or have I ever had an account with Telkom. To my surprise a Telkom account was posted to my old physical address (where I had not been living since February 2016) and delivered today (19 July 2016). This is a ********** account that has been opened in my name. I expect this matter to be investigated as a matter of urgency, and the account removed from my name IMMEDIATELY.</p>
