********** Telkom add-on account

A ********** add on account was opened in my name and after opening a case with Telkom I was informed that all the documents matches my documents thus I am liable for the account. How can I be liable for an account that I did not open. Telkom has not helped me in resolving the issue instead they keep on deducting my account which keeps on increasing every month.
