********** Telkom Account Open Under My Name

I have received a deduction from Telkomobi to my bank account for 15k which I am totally unaware of. I do urge the Telkom mobile team to up their processes of vetting accounts and the identity of whom they are dealing with. I want Telkom to take ownership of this issue and hold the people accountable for this ********** activity under my name. This is completely unacceptable and I wish to see this resolve immediately.
