So Telkom in it's infinite wisdom somehow allowed a sim card ********** to be activated on my name under my ID number on RICA law, i thought RICA is supposed to protect customers from ********** activities, but Telom is championing ***** by letting this happen, and when i called the call center to report it i was told number will be taken off my account and the agent Anastacia ashendorf 04/09/2019 16:40 ,,,told me she will escalate which is what i was told on Monday when i realized there is a number on my ID which i don't know about. Someone will use that number to to commit ***** and i will be the one who get arrested cause Telkom can't tell it's head from it's tail.

2. I did a sim swap today cause my phone was ******, now no one can call me, when i try to call the call center the IVR told me my number is suspended cause i owe money, i have never had a contract with Telkom and my number is a pre-paid number, now again the call center agent is clueless on this as well.

Is there anybody at telkom who has any shred of competency to sort this out and explain to me how ***** was done on my ID documents?
