Dear reader,

Please be very careful when being contacted by Telkom, especially a person called Sherries Arries. She will tell you that you will be saving money by switching over to a new package, but unfortunately you won't, you will end up paying more for the same pathetic service.

I have send her numerous mails which she couldn't be bothered replying to and made several calls trying to have this matter resolved. In the end this is another useless service that we are wasting our time and money on.

Before selecting telkom for any service, I would urge you to consider all other alternatives. Yes, they might be a bit more expensive, but atleast you would get some service and most likely what you pay for, unlike telkom.

I hope there is perhaps one competent person working for telkom which are reading this now, one can only wish.
