Telkom sold us a 10mps package over the phone,when we received this and they installed the line i only got max 4 mps from the line after i investigated this,it was clear that there was no 10mps line in maraisburg,after a long battle with them they cancelled the contract but soon after and now going for 3 and a half years they still want me to pay for internet usage which i didn't want but their manager told me to use the internet in order for them to try and improve the line speed but i will not be billed till this problem is sorted out his words to me.how hard is this to grasp?you go into a car dealership and buy a bmw but they give you a volkswagen beetle now whats wrong here?easy to spot right,well not if you are telkom and the lawyers they get to collect has no info on this whole circus case and even after sending them all the documentation screenshots of the area not having 10mps they just jump t the next set of lawyers.so what do you do?to them its a joke and could care less bout anything or anyone regardless of their code of ethics which is obviously just a gimmick and a eye blind.No one has come to the party to sort this out my cost for calling them and faxing them numerous documentation has added up to a ludicrous amount of money and they refuse to give me the name of the salesman who is selling ********** packages to hardworking people just to ***** their money and make a sale,and not even providing me with my so called contract which is suppose to be delivered within 7 working days or it is null and void!so how do i go forward with this no telkom person can sort this out bec they cannot admit that they are using reckless salespeople who are selling contracts to people that doesnt know what they are letting themselves in for..butgo and look at the most reviews and what people say bot them..unfortunately they just don't care never have never will..well this is one very bad error in judgement which im not letting go..whatch this space!!!
