********** opening Unauthorized Account on my name

Good morning, this provider Telkom has opened an additional account of R1510 on my name with out my knowledge and my concent. I've comp**** with them to send through all documents they needed and all I received back is my case nr... No other response and it's been almost a month now. What frustrates me is that I'm phoning them to request the signed documents for this contract which they accuse me of as well as the audio recording, if it was done over the phone to prove that they are at fault, or like they accuse me of agreeing to this contract but they cannot produce anything and told me I need to get a lawyer to request this information. To my knowledge and as per the consultants I spoke to, you can request the contract to be sent to me as this is my right. This just shows that they don't have any proof of any contract that was additionally given authorization to be included on my name. I have made a affidavit as they requested me to send to them but now I have no other choice to open a ******** case against telkom and go to the ombudsman and the media to expose them to the public and show them how easy it is for Telkom to ***** you hard earned money. To think that I have recommended so many of my family and friends to this thieving Telkom to change from their previous cell phone provider makes me sick ? in my stomach as many ask me why I recommend them if this is their way of doing business. I'm really and utterly disappointed to say that I am a telkom client and now they are going to deduct R2900 from my account which the ********** extra money is supposed to be payed to my child's school account and I will be in dept and areas with that account and Telkom can't give a dam about... You have lost a client and I will be exposing you in all evenues I can to protect the public and possibly feature clients to be extra careful in thinking of opening a account with you. I have 4 telkom accounts and the latest one was opened just last month and this is where all hell broke loose. I've spoken to 5 different consultants ( Letsego, Justeen, Sipho, Lebogeng and finally Kursty and only Kursty could be of a bit of help but also promised to return my call and up to this point no phone calls. We ase clients cannot give proper precise information to anyone as I was told yesterday that they as the consultants are not allowed to give their details other than their names to us, not even the details of the superiors are a secret. So you tell us why is everything so secretive to us but we are supposed to give all our personal information to you... Case : ********** 9
