They make it impossible to cancel. Insane cancelation fees. No contact was sent when I signed up via the phone, they confirmed a date via email and this is what I went on, when canceling they are charing me 3x the bill due to cancelation fees outside the period, yet I canceled within the period with 30 days notice.
