********** money taken from my account

Since January 2020 money has been taken from my account R109 re sim *** 500 Mb It was reported to Telkom, received ref no: ***0 but I have had no reply from Telkom and still money gets debited to my account. It is now 14 months which amounts to R1526. I need an urgent reply from Telkom as well as refund in the amount of R1525 urgently
