********** LTE CONTRACT

Sold a ********** contract and absolutely Absolutely no help from Telkom, being thrown around from person to person, I have gone into store on 4 occasion, been on calls for more than 15 hours with call center agents that are absolutely useless, have emailed 5 different people and all their response is " your query has been escalated" i apparently cant speak to the person handling my case it has been 8 months and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I AM TIRED OF THIS AND IS EFFECTING OUR DAY TO DAY LIVING. PLEASE HELP.
