I called in to find out why my account was so high and i was told that someone used my account to buy a device, i asked them to cancel that subscription but now im still bieng charged for the device which i ddnt take out i ddnt even apply for and when i called in i was told i should just pay that amount becouse my subscription will be then be cut off becouse ill be in arrears
