********** deduction by Telkom

Telkom debited my account without approval, I called and told them that I have not opened any account with them. I was told by a consultant called Nomasomi Memela that I need to draft an affidavit, get it signed at a police Station and submit it with other documents. I did that. There hasn’t been any response from her and I’ve since sent two additional emails requesting an update. There has not been any update from her or Telkom and once again they’ve debited my account even though I told them that I did not open any account with them. As I’m typing this, my account is in areas because of the ********** transactions Telkom.
