********** debits disgusting service useless staff

I complained about extra debit orders taken from my account which they insisted I owe. All because of a useless telkom employee located in greenstone mall did not do her job and cancel like I requested and she confirmed done. I was meant to get a call from the store manager who didnt bother. Now they debit again and added 400 and to the initial amount! Disgusting service and unauthorised money taken. Never use them they suck and I am going to sue now
