********** debit orders

Good morning I have reported a ********** activity that has taken place with my identity on the 15th last month. As I'm always having debit orders from Telkom and doesn't have any product with the company. It was discovered that **********ly accounts were opened, I was given a turn around time of 3 weeks but since then i haven't received any feedback and debit order is still harrassing my bank account. This is so disturbing and frustrating pls can i get response on this matter. Case:***0
