********** DEBIT ORDERS DONE BY TELKOM

On 1st June I cancelled my 24 month Broadband Wireless Internet package because the 24 months period have come to an end. On the 2nd I June I received an sms confirming my cancellation of my package. When I checked the internet connection on the Router it was de-activated. When I enquired with my bank FNB about debit order cancellation amount was reversed. On 15th & 25thJuly Telkom ran a debit order on completely different amounts AFTER I LEGALLY CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. FNB reversed the amounts AFTER giving me a lot of Redtape procedures. On the 14th of August an amount of R852 and 15th of August an amount of R773 was again **********LY deducted from my account. In total it is R1 600 in a matter of two days. I went on my FNB banking app and reported it as ********** DEBIT ORDERS. When I phone the premier suite debit orders department my calls get dropped and I am told by automated system department is not available. 2 weeks later and I am still awaiting feedback from my bank FNB about reversing ********** debit orders made by Telkom. The problem with Telkom is they outsource their services. In 3 months I have visited the Cape Gate Telkom branch twice. On 1st of June and again in July. I have spoken to Telkom accounts department on numerous occasions and my calls get dropped every time. I am done. In 2018 I was handed over to lawyers by Telkom for services not rendered by them AFTER our cables were ****** in our area. I was the consumer that didn't get the services promised by my service providers, but got handed over to lawyers for services I never received. Putrid services
