********** Debit Orders!!

**** Telkom! I go and cancel because they debit 2x off my account, and still each month they carry on debiting me and charge me R250 when I reverse the transaction.. for a servive that is disconnected, I get additional bills of once of purchases I never made.. what kind of service are these people providing
