********** debit order after cancellation of contract

Can Telkom tell me why they keep debiting my account as I cancelled my contact in November already? When I call the call center they keep transferring ME from one person to the other and it very irritating. The debit order reference is Ref.Telkom ***s...... i need need this resolved today and my money back.

My online reference number after cancelling the contract: Telkom case ***6, Mamohale Letsoalo (Mobile Retention's) contacted me and i told her that I want the contract cancelled. listen to the call as i was clear that there is noting that Telkom can do, i want the contract cancelled.
