********** debit order

<p>Telkom double debited my account on the 15th when my debit order is set for the 2nd of the month, there was no communication from them advisng me that they where going to do this so therefore i did not give them permission. I know that this is direct contravention with pasa ruling, because they only had authorisation to debit my account on 2nd. </p>
