********** debit order

I canceled my contract and the last debit order was in October. From first November no data was loaded as the contract was terminated and the sim card was now prepaid on my telkom app it showed that it was prepaid I received messages reminding me that I was now on prepaid and how I should recharge and so forth. And then today they took R319 from my account I don't know what that is for. Debit order will be reversed
