********** Debit and Breach of Arrangement

I've been having a cellphone and router contract with telkom for almost 4 years. End of February i called to request costs involved if i canceled the contract and was told that there are no costs involved as my contract is a sim only and billed on a month to month contract. On the 28the of Feb 2023 i went to my nearest telkom shop and cancelled. I was again told the same thing. 3 days after i received a bill of R4800 which o tried to dispute and i was given useless information and reasons. Everytime i would call the useless consultants would tell you something different. I made an arrangement to settle that bill over two months. Yesterday i was called to confirm arrangement in place and to my surprise today i was debited the full R4800. I've not been able to pay my bond as a result of this debit. Telkom are such ******
