Telkom debited my account with double the amount that's my monthly bill on a day that is not the debit date when my account was not even arrears, now they telling me that it's gonna take 15 days to get my money back, do they not think that i need my money. Spoke to 2 consultants Lindani Dlamini and Francina Raphela who escalated the complaint to Nokthula Ngozo who seems to ignore complaints because I have not heard any from her at the times they promised she would call.
